Refund policy

Due to the nature of the work I create, I can offer NO REFUNDS except in dire circumstances, e.g a damaged delivery. If this is the case please contact me as soon as possible via email: info@michaeleok.com. I will send you a return label and issue a refund if appropriate as soon as possible.
