What Microphone do I use? 

Usually the Shure SM57 but I also love my Audio-Technica AT2020

What interface do I use?

Scarlett 18i8 3rd Gen if I want to record from more than one microphone
Otherwise the Scarlett Solo 3rd Gen will do just fine.

What Software Do I use to edit my voice?

Ableton Lite it has most of the tools and plugins you'll need but I've downloaded these extra ones:
